Requirement

• Fast track project scope included fuel pipelines from port to mine, a range of structures from stores to residential areas, maintenance workshops and a variety of other non-process infrastructure at the remote site
• Scopes developed “in parallel with design”
• Design and build a state-of-the-art control room and administration building to attract city workers to remote location
• Strict environmental preservation and aesthetic requirements for the control room construction including access road design and construction methodology
